• By using this service, you grant Shamadhan Services Limited (“SHAMADHAN”) permission to share your Know Your Customer (KYC) data—including your NID number, date of birth, and registered mobile number—with your chosen bank.
• This data sharing is required to verify that you are the legitimate owner of both the Shamadhan and the Bank account; linking will not be completed without this verification.

11.2 Mobile Number Consistency

• To facilitate the linking process via One-Time Password (OTP), you must ensure that the mobile number registered with your bank is identical to the one used for your Shamadhan account.
• The bank issues this OTP to confirm that the same individual holds both accounts.

11.3 Limitation of Liability for Linking Failures

• SHAMADHAN assumes no liability if account linking fails due to inaccurate bank details provided by you or a mismatch in KYC information.
• Failures resulting from the use of different mobile numbers across the two platforms are also the responsibility of the user.

11.4 Security Responsibilities (PIN & OTP)

• You are required to input the correct OTP to link accounts for “Add Money” and provide your Shamadhan PIN to authorize “Fund Transfers”.
• Maintaining the absolute confidentiality and safety of your PIN and OTP is your sole responsibility; SHAMADHAN is not liable for any account compromise resulting from your failure to protect these credentials.

11.5 Transaction Rejections and Bank Status

• SHAMADHAN is not responsible for rejected “Add Money” or “Transfer Fund” requests caused by user errors or non-compliance with rules.
• You must verify that your bank account is active (not frozen or dormant); SHAMADHAN holds no liability for failed transactions due to the status of your bank account.

11.6 Transaction Adjustments and Notifications

• SHAMADHAN reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or modify transactions to correct errors or overpayments following a formal investigation.
• If such an adjustment occurs, you will receive a formal notification from the company.

11.7 Bank Delays and Fees

• SHAMADHAN is not liable for delays on the bank’s side regarding the crediting of funds through the “Transfer Fund” service.

• Similarly, for Credit Card Bill Pay services, users must ensure all card information is accurate; SHAMADHAN is not liable for payments made to unintended cards based on incorrect user input.

13.2 Security and PIN Management

• The addition of a Bank Account must be confirmed by entering your Shamadhan Account PIN.
• Users are exclusively responsible for the secrecy and protection of their PIN; SHAMADHAN holds no liability for losses or fraud resulting from a user’s negligence or breach of PIN privacy.
• You must not share your PIN with any third party.
• Users remain fully accountable for all transactions performed through their account, whether authorized by them or conducted by another person with or without their knowledge.

13.3 Finality of Transactions

• Once a “Transfer Fund” or Credit Card Bill payment is finalized, it is irreversible by SHAMADHAN.
• It is critical that users verify all Bank Account and Card details before initiating a transaction.
