 At Shamadhan, we respect your right to discontinue our services at any time. If you wish to permanently close your Shamadhan account, you may submit a request through our customer support team.

Before submitting your request, please ensure that the following conditions are completed.

Before Requesting Account Closure

To process your account closure request, please make sure that:

  1. Your Account Balance is Zero

All remaining balances must be withdrawn or transferred so that your Shamadhan wallet balance becomes 0.00.

  1. All Pending Transactions are Completed

Ensure that there are no pending or incomplete transactions associated with your account.

  1. Cancel Active Services or Subscriptions

If your account is connected with any active services, subscriptions, or merchant services, please cancel them before requesting account closure.

  1. Settle Any Outstanding Liabilities

If there are any unsettled payments, dues, or financial obligations linked to your Shamadhan account, they must be cleared before the account can be closed.

Processing Your Request

After successful verification:

  • Your Shamadhan account will be permanently deactivated.
  • Access to your wallet and related services will be disabled.

Account closure requests are generally processed within 7 working days after verification.

As a regulated financial service provider, Shamadhan Service Limited may retain certain information including transaction records as required by applicable laws, regulatory authorities, or financial compliance obligations.
